Winter Flab

There can be no denying I have gained a few kilos over the last month or so.  Cold nights and I renewed love of crumpets have led to my middle resembling the top of a crumpet.

So I've decided to do something about it.  I'm going to start wearing this around the house...


And I will be wearing these under my work clothes...

    The air shorts look particularly effective. So flattering too, like a six-pack that just keeps going.

    Air shorts? What on earth are they supposed to achieve? I think I'd go for the suana suit.. so versatile, so easy!

    Sauna suit for me - ahh, the trapped steam, sweat and body odour; what a cocktail!
